The bottom line is making a profit and not caring for the residents there, the state is always there and yet nothing is found! Bed sores, baths once a week instead 3 a week. Activities are for the low function residents. What about the one who still have their minds. The activities director is always in her office and never around. So they leave the volunteers out there and they don't know what to do. I wanted to take my mother there but I was told don't, we are going elsewhere!
