I came here with a voucher from christmas to get my nails done with two other girls. When we got there there was a piece of paper stating they would be opening 2 hours late, which was fine. because we went shopping to waste time. When we got there we were told we could not get our nails done and "We wouldn't want to wait", the atmosphere was incredibly uncomfortable. The lady was nice but blantantly didnt do what i asked for. When i walked in i asked her how much would a soak off be, she said $16 i said i want that. And she proceeded to just pull the acyclic off my nails, NOT a soak off, i called her out in it and she still contuined to just pop them off and still charged me $16. $16 dollars to mess up nails up... im so frusterated. My nails are going to look like this for months.

Always great service, friendly and pleasant atmosphere. I wish my schedule allows me to always make an appointment, but unfortunately, it doesn't. Despite that, I usually don't have to wait a long time (30 mins max because I don't go during peak hours or holidays). Still quick and friendly service!
