Had an appointment scheduled with Ryan on Saturday at 2pm. He messaged me the morning of asking to push the appointment back an hour. I agreed no issues! Then explored if the appointment could be moved to during the week since the weekends tend to be busier. Ryan agreed and we scheduled for Thursday at 9:30 am. Totally unprofessional place having my niece take my great niece to get her nails done 3/17/25 and how the staff was talking and laughing in their language and looking directly to my niece and great niece. I honestly feel that is absolutely unprofessional so dissatisfied need to address the situation with your unprofessional staff won't recommend to anyone.

Such a terrible experience. I brought my daughter to get her nails done. I asked for gel french tip for her. The worker asked another worker a question in their language and then ALL the workers stared at me and my daughter talking and laughing really loud. It was the most uncomfortable experience ever. Especially for a child. EVERYTIME i asked a question they all started laughing. We ended up leaving and going elsewhere for her nails. I’ve never experienced being that uncomfortable.
