If you’re looking for great service and into supporting our local businesses don’t look any further. It was a smart decision getting our countertop at Stone N Counters in town. We are very satisfied customers. They have a large selection of stone and various displays at the store. The staff were helpful with our questions and the owner would come out each time we visited the store. They helped us choose the right stone without breaking the bank. Ordered sink and install and very poor communication throughout took months to get in and we had to keep calling to get updates never heard from them after leaving a deposit and when we went in person they count even find paperwork or anything about the job so they clearly misplaced it because they came out shortly after. Came for install and the guy had no told we had to give him tools. They measured incorrectly and the plumbing didn't meet up installer said he would be back to fix and then never came. Top notch, wounderful staff and amazing products. Huge shout to Shane and all his hard work. We have a amazing stone bench for our back yard and they very generously got us a beautiful bench for our wedding socail!
Had a kitchen countertop installed. The employee who did the templating was friendly and easy to talk to. However, the countertop needed several touch ups due to bad sanding and booking the repair was not easy and took months to get done. Clearly it was not inspected throughly prior to install. Extremely hard to book service calls. Reception team is not friendly and emails do not get addressed. Attempted to book a chip repair and the team never replied to my emails to set a date.
