Had a kitchen countertop installed. The employee who did the templating was friendly and easy to talk to. However, the countertop needed several touch ups due to bad sanding and booking the repair was not easy and took months to get done. Clearly it was not inspected throughly prior to install. Extremely hard to book service calls. Reception team is not friendly and emails do not get addressed. Attempted to book a chip repair and the team never replied to my emails to set a date. Professional service and extremely trustworthy!
When ordered an item, it was delivered in a decent time frame. When I booked a service to replace a sink, never show up, called second time, no show again...6 months after.. price went up which is fine... Emailed them again, no show. Thanks and no thanks
Great service and products. Employees are very accommodating and helpful. Would highly recommend.
