Another great example of how seriously they take customer service. I was in for my 3 year service and they found a bubble on one of my tires. It was replaced quickly and saved me from having a blowout while driving. They always do good work and keep you informed about what they are doing.

Although renovations were in progress my experience was seamless from intake to follow up. I had the pleasure of working with Tashauni, who greeted me right away on arrival. Tashauni is one of the CSR who is thorough and diligent in her approach. The team was awesome as well in diagnosing and documenting any issues found during their multi-point inspection. I greatly appreciate the VW service team for quality care of its customers and our vehicles.

I was getting notifications of levels being low in my car 2 months after an oil change I was concerned if this should be happening so soon. I was able to schedule an appointment for a next day check. The wait was about 1 hour I was kept aware of how the inspection was going via email and video. Once everything checked out Laurie texted me to let me know my car was ready as well as washed she even put a new battery in my key fob. The experience was good and I am grateful. I went in for a routine oil change and needed a couple of minor thing done as well. My overall experience was great. The staff there have great customer service. Tashauni helped me and even gave me a discount. Not to mention all of the snacks, teas, and different coffee they have out for the customers. I recommend this place always.
