My dad used to be a technician here before he passed away last year it seems like everything has gone downhill ever since he passed from these reviews
Service department is abysmal. Our experience with service on our FR-S was so bad, we drove 30 miles to another dealer to buy a new Highlander. Decided to give them another chance for service on our Highlander since they are so close and it was an even worse experience. I have called and texted the service manager repeatedly with no response.
I’ve brought my car to Stone Mountain Toyota several times, and each visit is frustrating. Even with an appointment, I’m rarely out in less than three hours. At my most recent visit, I arrived early in the morning and didn’t leave until after noon. The lack of communication and disregard for customers’ time is disappointing. The service department really needs to do a better job of respecting schedules and keeping customers updated on timelines.
