It’s been years I have been coming to the service center but every time I go in they do a car wash without asking which is included basically in the cost of all the services that you get done but this time it was almost 90 minutes and no car wash was done and just oil changed and tire rotation done in 90 min really? Service advisor Anterance Brown. Training a new guy delayed further 15min for me to get my little one from school which he knew before too.
Came here for proximity convenience… I’ll drive further for quicker service.
Very poor service.. they don’t care about customers at all. The guy at register has no idea what to do he just says we gotta do this and that by himself always try to let us pay extra on everything. Don’t go.
