Absolutely was almost scammed by these people. They went to all the lengths. Had someone call and leave a voicemail saying I was being served today between 4pm-5pm and needed to have two forms of ID (you don’t need ID to be served.) I called and they told me that I had a debt and that they were going to put a lein on my car and they were coming to take pictures of my car when they serve me (a process server doesn’t take pictures.) they told me I had a debt of $2000+ and that they were willing to settle it for $1400. These people are total scammers who have access to people's social security numbers and credit histories. They will offer to pay off old (PAST STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS) debts at less than face value. They claim they have a process server on the way to your house. It's BS!!! BEWARE!!!
