This place is difficult to say the least. I don't know if they're seeing too many patients or what. However, you CANNOT get ahold of 99.9% of individuals in this clinic. You can get ahold of the receptionist, however the only thing they can do "is forward you to a nurse to leave a message". The receptionist told us "We're no longer allowed to message the nurses or anyone". At which time, you leave a message to never hear from anyone again. Getting ahold of anyone for "non-normal" circumstances is an absolute struggle. My sug... read more

This place is horrible for service. The wait times are unacceptable. The "new doc, Dr McIntrye " ......I'm not really sure he should be practicing medicine. Every time we go there he doesn't treat us, he wants us to go to the emergency room. I can't afford that for typically a sore throat! Ugh! Going elsewhere!
