I absolutely love living here and everyone is so sweet. They are very efficient and kind and make sure all their residents are taken care of to their best ability. Communication is so big here and its extremely comforting ☺️
Worst leasing experience ever. I am paying monthly for a deposit that never accrues. I was not given an option to pay the deposit up front and now i will pay a deposit fee amongst many other bs fees as long as I live here. This lease can't expire soon enough. Can someone return a call?? Third rate operation with countless fees to tenants.
**"We’re trying to build a community."** That’s the first lie. This apartment complex is riddled with hidden fees—approximately $100 extra per month—that they’re not upfront about. Do they use these fees appropriately to maintain the property? Absolutely not. When I moved into my unit, it was immediately clear that it hadn’t been cleaned between tenants. Disgusting.
