Great community to live in and the leasing employees go above and beyond to help current residents and future residents.
At this point, I need someone from Cooporate to call or email me or I start a legal process. Trying to get help from anyone in the office is beyond ridiculous. Polly is rude and extremely hateful, the phones never get answered, not even from maintenence. I'm not even frustrated anymore, I'm angry. PRIVACY ISSUES!! Three times now the maintenance crew has walked in on me when I'm not fully dressed. Each time they knock once and use the pass key to enter they do not take into consideration you may be in the shower or getting dressed or just not want to answer the door. I spoke with the management staff each time and each time I was given an apology but yet it continues. Once I can understand but three times I can not over look. I have called every week for 4 weeks not a single answer or call back. I've been trying to switch my lease over to a new tenant taking over my lease, which she's already been approved and moved in, but still not on the lease. This has been going on for almost 2 months and has been a nightmare! I did everything the correct way but it took them weeks to run her application and still waiting on finalized paperwork.
