PRIVACY ISSUES!! Three times now the maintenance crew has walked in on me when I'm not fully dressed. Each time they knock once and use the pass key to enter they do not take into consideration you may be in the shower or getting dressed or just not want to answer the door. I have called every week for 4 weeks not a single answer or call back. I've been trying to switch my lease over to a new tenant taking over my lease, which she's already been approved and moved in, but still not on the lease. This has been going on for almost 2 months and has been a nightmare! I did everything the correct way but it took them weeks to run her application and still waiting on finalized paperwork. The front office is great! Lily has been especially helpful. They have a wonderful pool and the apartments are wide open, giving a very spacious feel.
We just moved in. Lily has been very helpful and got us in quickly. She's very professional and has been very kind to us.
The staff and maintenance are very prompt and courteous
