Pretty neat setup. Definitely has the comforting 40/50s feel to it. Well worth making a trip to stay in one of the unique rooms with a story.
Excellent, quaint unique hotel at the end of the main road in Lanesboro. Rooms are themed and furnished with a great many antiques dating back to 1884. Gives it an extremely comfortable, casual vibe to it. Delicious continental breakfast with pastries from the Lanesboro Pastry Shop and farm fresh hard boiled eggs. Many rooms have king sized beds and whirlpools too. We absolutely loved our stay and will be making this annual vacation destination!
We had the best night away at the Inn! Checking in late was easy as could be. We stayed in the Egg Suite and it was clean and relaxing. The location is great with the brewery just across the road. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so friendly. We are excited to return in the summer to do more exploring.
This is the most charming wonderful place we have ever been. And, my husband and I travel a lot. When my best friend Jeff was dying, in the beginning of November, we came from Phoenix to Minnesota to be with him. We stayed at the Stone Mill. We were here when he passed. Then we came back for a few days for his Celebration of Life. We stayed at the Stone Mill again. We can't imagine staying anywhere else in Lanesboro. The owner Rick is absolutely amazing!! We HIGHLY recommend the Stone Mill
We had a short overnight stay and wished we could have had more time. We walked to dinner, walked to the theater and walked to see the Christmas light display. Loved it!
