From the minute you walk in the front door and Pam welcomes you until you are ready to leave, the entire staff is very friendly and welcoming to you. Jen and her assistants are very thorough in their questions and assessment procedures. Gloria and Nancy listen closely to your concerns and then evaluate and make decisions with you on what to do and where to proceed. They listen carefully to our questions and concerns.
