There was only one person behind the counter, and she was working very hard. She was very pleasant to each customer, even though it would have been easy to feel overwhelmed. The Icecream was delicious!
Great on a hot day.
Every time I have been to cold stone recently the line has been incredibly long and slow. There has been multiple times where I have walked out because I moved 3 steps in 15 minutes of waiting. They are incredibly understaffed and slow. I do not recommend going to this location anymore.
Our ice cream was divine and Damian is a joy to speak to. Wonderful customer service and knowledgeable when answering all of our questions.Thanks Damian!
