Took my 4-year granddaughter here for strawberry ice cream with gummy bears. Her daddy loved the same thing when he was her age, so this was bittersweet. The staff were great.
They clearly prioritize drive-thru and online orders over customers waiting inside the store. We stood in line for an hour, even though we were only second in line. Very frustrating experience.staff dont welcome customers coming in clearly.
Insane lack of customer service, both flavors I wanted they claimed to be “out of” when they have every single flavor and ingredient in store…make that make sense. Once we were able to order, they gave the the complete opposite flavor than requested. Rather then asking questions and fixing the miscommunication issue they gave us random flavors and sent us on our way.
Our favorite place to get ice cream because they have dairy free Silk chocolate for my wife and a broad selection of delicious choices for me! Great ice cream!
