Stood at the counter for 15 minutes with 3 girls behind the counter ( one particularly annoyed and not enjoying her job). Not one asked if they could help me and took the peoples order behind me. I stop at the end with the ice cream and no one said anything so I moved to the register thinking you order there. Left without ice cream and headed to Andy’s across the street and was greeted with a smile immediately, order taken and enjoying a custard. Good luck staying in business Cold Stone
You need a new team. This one isn’t good. Waited for over ten minutes and then the workers started just refilling an ice cream tub and doing random stuff while there was still a line. This still could have been done later. Then after watching all that they were out of what I wanted. A sign would have been nice before I wasted my time. Also your website would have let me place an order for the item for pickup today which again is a fail. Do better.
I guess playing on your phones and ignoring customers is part of the job description. One person working while others do nothing and the one person working is doing her best to ignore customers.
I had such a great experience at Cold Stone! I came in a couple days ago for the first time and Rachael was so friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took her time, had a great attitude, and made sure everything was just right. You can tell she really cares about giving customers a great experience. The pictures show beautiful ice creams and ingredients. Beware, they will mix everything you order completely together. The problem is that that's a shake or a concrete at that point. Same flavors but once they're mixed, it's not the same as a sundae or an ice cream with distinct toppings. You can order and tell them to not do that to your sundae.
