Katie was wonderful to work with while we built our home. She is very organized and always follows through with any questions we have. She made a stressful time while building a home pleasant! She was such a joy to be around and really made sure we were satisfied with everything.
This is the second Stone Martin home we have purchased and we couldn’t be happier. Katey made the process so incredibly stress free and her designs in the spec home we purchased were simply beautiful. Clearly she did better than I could have ever imagined. We have continued to refer friends from out of state to SMB and know they are in great hands.
My on-site Realtor, Katey Tomlin, was the absolute best!! She went over & beyond to make sure all of my questions/concerns were addressed! From our initial meeting until this day(we closed 8/2023), she is still there for us even though she left CannonGate to be reassigned to Hidden Lakes! Katey rocks!!
Katey for president! Okay, that would be a dream! Katey is thoughtful, calming and sincere. Her ability to make you feel at peace while being serious yet delightful was really incredible. We bought a spec home and I am thankful she was the designer - her attention to detail was unparalleled… especially in comparison to other local builders.
