The housing is fine, but the constant loud music from the construction crews on-site has made the living environment frustrating. There seems to be little to no effort from Stone Martin Builders to control the noise, even after complaints are made. It is one thing to deal with normal construction noise, but loud music playing regularly everyday, including evenings and weekends, is unnecessary and completely avoidable. If you enjoy the sounds of heavy equipment running all day in one of the largest housing complexes in Pike Road, please move in. But don't worry, if you aren't home during the day, they serenade you on the weekends as well. Noise begins at 7AM and runs until everyone in the development wakes up.
