Dr. Stone is super nice, but the office is clearly overloaded. The staff does not execute follow-up even with several reminders, they don't pass messages to the doctor, messages on the patient portal are not responded to, its impossible to get through via phone (the staff don't pick up and it goes straight to VM), and when I leave VM to set up an appointment, they don't call back.
