No communication……WHAT SO EVER. I have had to be the person to call for updates, call for explanations, call to get a response for an email etc. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have been told multiple times that they will call me. After several disappointing interactions they have still yet to call. I called and asked for a manager at 9am to be told they come in at 10am and they will let them know to give me a call. It’s currently 4:40pm and no call, no voice mail or email. This place is excellent! From picking up the stone to installation! All very well done! Organized, methodical and detailed! Perfect! Customer service just outstanding! The stone was very well worked and placed! I recommend this place one thousand percent!!
Stone Interiors installed my quartz countertops and backsplash in the home we are having built and they look beautiful! The install crew was on time, professional, and very careful with throughout the whole process, even cleaning and polishing before they left. Highly recommend!
