If you owe the guy any money he will screw you out of your home by using his (priveledge) to talk to prospective buyers of your home and make sure it isnt sold.If you have any dealings with this man I would recommend you use a lawyer.If you buy a trailer there he can at anytime deem it unworthy of the place and keep you from selling it on his lot and he has done so,If you want a place that you dont need to worry about,this isnt the place.He is in it for the money and thats it.He screwed me over and a few others and has no qu... read more
