My 2 dogs had chronic ear infections "treated" unsuccessfully with steroids by 2 other Vets Dr. Weber did cultures, and with antibiotics and ointment my precious pups were finally well healthy and happy 2 weeks later! Such a Good & kind vet!
Don't expect there to be an actual vet working even during office hours. Expect to go else where in an emergency. Especially just because you're not a previous client. The animals don't actually matter. On 3 different occasions my family has been declined in an emergency-one was a client. Poor puppy R.I.P.
