What a scam. Came all the way from California to stay here and the owners decided the money we paid not just to put but to travel wasn’t worth their time, and they cancelled the week of after we arrived in Utah despite us booking it 7 months in advance. Half a year of plans completely ruined just because the decided they wanted the house the same as us. This should not be allowed.
My family booked this house over 7 months ago- and three days before all family flies in to enjoy our family reunion, the owners decided they want it this week and cancel on us. This is wrong in so many ways. And the owners may have to pay a fee for cancelling on us, but that goes straight to airbnb, nothing to our family. Incentive for airbnb to get cancellations, and the owners can destroy months of planning for a family and their reunion (which was our whole Christmas gift.). This was an unbelievable stay! Charming and magical atmosphere in this very nicely decorated lodge. This lodge can easily accommodate large groups. The grounds are beautiful both summer and winter. The lodge is spectacular from amazing views out 30' windows to a chef kitchen that's incredible. To top it off, you have a hot tub that's over 20' long, a nice large swimming pool, indoor rachet volley ball court, stream room, and a garage that's over 80' long.
