If I can give them zero stars, they are rude. They don’t want to let nobody over the phone finish out the whole Question. when I was on the phone with them trying to correct my document with them instead of hear me out they cut me off, asked me for my last four of my social and I said thank you for being rude. The person over the phone said you are welcome never go to this place. They need to get their license removed and the company need to get shut down completely.

This law firm represents creditors. The negative reviews were given by people who are not their clients. Having litigated with, and against, this firm for more than forty years, I can state unequivocally that they are diligent and ethical.

I’ve had multiple negative experiences with a staff member named Bill P. at Stone, Higgs, and Drexler, and unfortunately, my most recent interaction on August 26, 2025 confirmed a troubling pattern. I called to inquire about payments I had made through their website, but before I could finish explaining my situation, Bill cut me off and dismissed my concerns.
