A new local love – Just got back from Stone Hearth and had such a great time! It is the perfect place for a couple or group to enjoy a delicious meal. I have to say that walking by, the restaurant is pretty unassuming, located on Mass Ave in Cambridge, it blends in with the restaurants on the block, but it is truly a unique place. A better way to eat pizza and drink beer – Come hungry and with friends (especially the ones who've got ish with gluten) so you can try at least two kinds of pies. I was here yesterday with a group of five, and we ordered three pizzas: Margherita (gluten-free), Farm Fresh, and good old fashioned mushroom. Good pizza, awesome local sourcing – Came here last night with a group of four. Ordered the seasonal salad, which was celery root and pear. It was delicious: romaine with sliced pear and shredded celery root in a mustardy mayonnaise-y dressing with toasted walnuts. We also got The Bean and the Farm Fresh on whole wheat crusts.
