Disclaimer I did not have a loved one who has lived at this facility but I did reach out to them for help and Barb was stellar. I contacted multiple care homes and facilities in Dawson County and Barb was the only one who not only called me back with some great information, emailed me, and texted me. In this day and age, where customer service is almost non-existent, Barb gave me some hope for the future. I worked here some years ago and loved it. The residents all were cheery for the most part as well as the staff. I was given opportunities to take on more responsibilities and learn things that made me a better caregiver later on. Family visit there and stuff always to keep residents busy, fun and thoughtful things. One of the best jobs I've ever had.
Our mother lived here for two years where she made many friends. The staff are gracious and kind. The public spaces are decorated like a resort with beautiful art on the walls. The bronze staues outside are so welcoming. And the individual apartments are quite spacious.
