Went there a couple years ago with my friend, and it was good. This time, in an empty restaurant, the service took super long. The guy was nice, but never returned after drinks. We sat 40 minutes for drinks, and one person I went with got a drink, that the bar tender did not know how to make!
Considering this place is owned by The Reeds, we expected a better experience. We were in on the 16th of June and 1 of 2 parties inside when we entered. Everyone was extremely pleasant with wonderful personalities. The pizza was the best I’ve had in my 7 years at SH. However; first, we had to rearrange tables and chairs; stools were placed at tables they did not fit under. Second, after sitting for 10 minutes, we had to ask to be waited on. We waited for 10 mins for a table (4 adults, 4 kids). They immediately took drink orders (4 mojitos & 4 waters) and then brought out kids drinks. We waited another 20 minutes for someone to come back to the table (after we asked) to put in another drink order and food order.
