The apartments are great quality but the prices are hiked routinely and without any improvements to common areas or amenities. The gym wasn’t functional for the past 2 years or more, and they just put in a functional treadmill after several complaints from the renters. But the biggest problem is that the maintenance here sucks. For water leaks, for stove malfunctions, the maintenance never responds in time. I believe they are 55 and over apartments. Was in one once seems okay. I've heard a few tenants complain about water and minor structural issues. Mostly in the newer of the two buildings.
This leak was reported two years ago and get the run around on repairs. Every rain event this closet ceiling gets wet and now has black mold. Can’t get out of the lease, but will not be renewing. Would not recommend anyone renting at Stone Glenn.
