They have had a mutual release for 6 days as of today. 5/6/26 We finally got a response from the paralegal, Dana Nipper, today but never heard back that our money was available to pick up. I question and wonder if they are drawing interest on people’s EMD and holding off on releasing until you feel forced to do something unfortunate like this? As of 5/7 I called again and Ms Nipper took my call. I identified myself by name and she proceeded to scream at me and hung up. Highly inappropriate and unprofessional
