Condos are good relatively new, goods train can be somewhat loud especially at night some units might be quiter. Old condo association board members are useless free loaders and more annoying than all the trains. Some behave as if they are sheriff's of the condos. Rent don't buy
*** m2 stars is generous and is being given to consider the SINGLE KIND OWNERS IN THE WHOLE BUILDING*** Lived at 370 building 2008-2021; was bullied out of the building by neighbor upstairs with accusations of excsssive noise caused by a cooped up 4 year old during Covid. “Neighbor” (let’s call them B) reported any barking dog as our units dog, despite photographic proof showing the actual canine culprit and would become angry and enraged when our family wasn’t disciplined.
