Good stay! I like that there’s breakfast included.
Totally not what is advertised. Absolutely not luxury. Does not have a hot tub, says no pets but pets are permitted, no business centre, no hors d oeuvres on Friday evening (they are still using the covid excuse), every time we went to front desk, staff was no where to be found, the so called executive suite has nothing special, no jacuzzi tub or fireplace, any repairs that were done in the room appeared to be done by a 4 year old child with no skill, the patches on the ceiling from water damage were a mess. 4-star- smelly room We expected an older hotel, and it is- no charging for electric cars, and no USB outlets in the rooms. That, we could handle. Given several other concerns, not taken seriously by the staff, I would rate our visit disappointing. We knew we would be arriving late, so my wife noted in the booking that we'd like the sofa bed prepared for our six-year old. When we checked in at 9:30 pm, the sofa bed hadn't been prepared.
