They get 5 stars from me based on customer service. A few of the amenities listed were unavailable due to the recent ice storm, but we had an amazing time! The front of house staff was great, specifically Alisha and I forgot the night managers name, but they went out of their way to make our stay memorable. My dog loved it, and when I mentioned the amenities being out of service, the manager called me on my way home and discounted my room. Great stuff guys! See you soon! Jesse Linklater
An absolute disaster. Paid extra for a suite so two adults could sleep comfortably — only to find the pull-out couch completely unusable. I ended up on the floor, inches from a dirty carpet, using couch cushions as a mattress. The front desk met our concerns with complete indifference. Breakfast was a joke — the most meager spread I’ve encountered in years, if not ever. Save your money, your back, and your patience.
We had my son’s 12th birthday party in the Granite room and the pool. All of our guests including the parents were very pleased :) Very professional as well as gracious and the hospitality is exceptional. The attention given by Atthar and the all the staff is impeccable and quite simply a personal service you don’t receive in a larger hotel. Beautiful decor as well :) We have been here for several years for our birthday parties and will definitely keep coming back again for more birthday parties 🥳

The Wi-fi connection was quite weak and unreliable, which was disappointing. However, the rest of the stay was pleasant and everything else met expectations.
