Loved the room! We had a warm welcoming. Friendly manager and staff. Super clean room. Nice kitchen with fridge/microwave, sink, dishes...The manger was very accommodating for our needs. Excellent location. We will look forward to staying there for sure on our next trip.
Disappointing! This hotel is OK but in my opinion, not 4* They misrepresent themselves. The hot tub was removed 2 years ago. The pool is tiny and not in service. Breakfast was limited, white bread, white bagels, yoghurt, cereal and scrambled eggs. There were no waffles (as advertised), no protein, fruit or whole grain options. Most of the staff don't speak English. The front desk said they haven't updated their website in 2 years. In our room, the carpet and ceiling was badly stained. Great place to stay. Rooms are nice. Staff are great and helpful.
The staff at Stonegate went above and beyond during my extensive staff( I was displaced by ice storm ). The manager and a senior staff member stayed well beyond their shifts one night to help me get back into my room to access my medicine. We'll done and thank-you.
Wife and I stayed one night. Was nice enough. The only critique would be the pillows. The fill was clumped like it went through the wash cycle. Made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Although the room was clean and no bugs to speak of room 302 had 2 chairs to sit on, no couch or loveseat which made it uncomfortable. Maybe in the future the owners can correct this?
