This is the absolutely worst place you could ever consider living. Yes the view is beautiful but you cannot use your balcony because they are unsafe and they will not be repaired for several years to come. The people who reside (not all) but most are the meanest, uncaring, rude and inconsiderate group of people I have ever encountered. I had several incidents where I was shocked at the way in which either myself or others were treated.
