State needs to review the memory care unit I will be making a call myself ! No staff and upper management need to have compassionate classes !!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR FAMILY THERE
Worst senior community I have seen very unprofessional, under staffed and needs reviewed by the state of Ohio asap
Please don’t waste your time or money ! Had very high hopes for this community ! 3 week staff turn over , sadly they will hire about anyone to care for your loved ones never enough staff for basic care to be preformed! Poor communication from all staff ! Memory care simply never have staff or nurses ! I’m sure state will be in there very soon
Very disappointed in this assisted living and memory! Poor staff quality for whatever staff they to have and or keep. Our loved ones go days with out showers because lack of staff and everyone pushes the responsibilities to the next one and nothing ever gets done sadly. They treat there PCA/STNA poorly so the turn over rate is around 3 weeks. So out moms and dads have to relearn a new face every month this is very pathetic. OT and PT ROCK. The food is good. Very clean there.Nurse Norton knows her patients well and does the very best for them... THE TEAM dishes out lots of love and praise for the elders in their care <3..Thank you K.T.

I was visiting a friend, and it seemed very nice there. Organized and clean. The receptionist I spoke to about 2:00 pm Weds was very pleasant and helpful. I appreciated that! �
