They outsource and store everyone at Draper. So even while you're there making arrangements there no personal connection... might as well just go there. The removal technician refused to put the toe tag on my grandfather- and he had another person in his vehicle... You think they are a small business but actually it's an overpriced chain run by Dignity Memorial. I wrote this review once before and others had similar experiences.. they deleted their page and remade it to get rid of poor reviews.
