I had Ryan bid me for a very long privacy fence in my backyard 12/2017. Despite going over exactly where to place the fence - he managed to place the fence inside of my property line far enough that now many of my sprinkler heads and property are on my neighbors side. Included in the quote was for Ryan to stain the fence, and bend down all the nails on the other side.
