My experience was positive based on price and timing. After shopping around, the whole kitchen including cabinets and granite was provided for 25% less than the best price I could find. The material is great. Deliver timing was the best I could find. Customer service was OK. Having to go into Flushing twice was a negative but saving money was the name of my game. You get what you pay for. I didn't need a fancy showroom or sales support, just good material / granite installation, and fast delivery. That's what I received.
