I should have read the previous reviews. The employee who came out was great and I had an estimate by the owner confirmed by the employee... 1,200 But when I received the bill it was $500 higher. Owner told me custom material went up yet 90% of my bill was labor... I've got plenty more to do but definitely won't be using this company!!
I have called three times to get someone to come out and service the AC, and filters on a regular 3 month basis. Each time I was told they would relay the message. I know it's a busy time of year for them, so I gave them more than enough time, and here we are a month later, and I still have not heard anything. I've used them for the past 5 years and never had an issue, but I will be taking my business elsewhere.
