Back in January 2024 we met with Chris Torres about purchasing a new home. He showed us several floor plans. After much thought and consideration, we decided on the Agave with a 3rd car garage and extended patio. Chris then put us in touch with Ronald and kindred Home Loans. Hello! The Kindred model home was absolutely beautiful and I couldn't think of anything I would change, except maybe the $700 HOA fee, lol. Denise was lovely and I really enjoyed visiting with her. Gorgeous homes! The videos I took are not uploading for some reason
