Chris has been so welcoming and friendly to us. He has made us feel comfortable with all our many questions. This experience so far has been amazing. We always walk out of his office after talking with him, with a smile on our faces. If there is anything we don’t understand, he has been happy to re-explain even if it was the same question asked more than once. Chris is a great asset to Kindred Homes!!

Back in January 2024 we met with Chris Torres about purchasing a new home. He showed us several floor plans. After much thought and consideration, we decided on the Agave with a 3rd car garage and extended patio. Chris then put us in touch with Ronald and kindred Home Loans.
