Very professional! Good communication, good product. Employees on site were courteous and thorough.
This company installed $50,000 worth of hardwood flooring in my new home. Within one year the flooring started making loud cracking/popping noises. After hiring a red seal carpenter to come and have a look it was determined that the flooring was not installed correctly and there was not enough room given to allow for expansion. After sharing this with this company, they refused to take any responsibility and refused to send anyone over to look at it even after I offered to pay out of pocket! Unbelievable! Amazing craftsmanship!
Super impressed with this company from start to finish. From Simran, to Andre, and everyone we dealt with during our project - everyone was on point, proactively communicating, making sure all of our questions were answered and making sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. Have already recommended this group twice and will continue to do so! Appreciate all their hard work and efforts
WORST Company to work with, I have never experienced poor communication and bad customer service at this level. They don’t answer the phone they don’t show up always late. Their work is horrible, they damaged my cabinets and damaged my quartz and they never took accountability. I would avoid at all cost.
