Absolutely unacceptable experience. To whoever answers the phone at this business — you are the worst possible representative they could put out front. Unethical, rude, shockingly uninformed, and downright unprofessional. The lack of basic courtesy and awareness of what’s going on in your own company is laughable — if it weren’t so frustrating. Came in and spoke with Gary. Told him what I was wanting to do and he explained my options. Ordered 3 yards of rock to cover a muddy area. The delivery of the rock was also awesome. Everything went super easy and the rock looks good. Thanks Gary.
