Hard to find the entrance if you new customer
I had an excellent experience with Stone Depot, especially working with Krayton and the team. From the start, they were extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. Krayton was very knowledgeable about what I was trying to accomplish and helped guide me with great suggestions on both the type of stone and how much I would realistically need, which I really appreciated. Absolutely unacceptable experience. To whoever answers the phone at this business — you are the worst possible representative they could put out front. Unethical, rude, shockingly uninformed, and downright unprofessional. The lack of basic courtesy and awareness of what’s going on in your own company is laughable — if it weren’t so frustrating.
