I once left a 2 star review. I've now deleted it for a new one. Three consecutive phone appointments were missed as they never actually called me. When I chased them on it, I was told they had called me, and that I hadn't answered. However, my phone was on me, at full volume with wi-fi calling enabled, and crucially, has a CALL RECORD!!! No incoming calls received, all three times. Total shambles will be changing doctors if anyone can recommend a gp that even actually pretends to care would be grateful
Been coming to this doctor’s for past 6 years and it’s gone extremely down hill. Cant even get a hold of the surgery to book appointments. Staff are extremely rude. Always giving out wrong information. This place needs reporting and shutting downASAP
