I had an appointment at 10:50am for my flu vaccination. Unfortunately, there was a power cut at the time (which I completely understand was not the practice’s fault). The first receptionist I spoke to was lovely — she apologised and explained I could either wait or return at 1pm. I chose to come back later. Where do i start with this horrendous medical centre. I went to get an appointment after be discharged from hospital after suffering heart attack,as instructed by cardiologist i needed a check up after 2 weeks got told that no appointment available even after 2 weeks,kept getting told sorry we cant help you and providing no solutions.The reception staff have zero empathy or concern for patiants.Rude unhelpfull obstrutive towards getting appointment.In summery they need to close as they are not fit for purpose.
