Highly recommend David B! I was having a lot of trouble finding an apartment in NYC due in large part to apathetic realtors, but I got really lucky finding David as he was super attentive and I ended up signing a lease with him as my realtor. A marked difference from the dozen other realtors I've dealt with on this apartment hunt.
After showing us and then missing out on a few apartments , David B was truly lovely in contacting us about our current apartment before it was listed. He knew that our prior lease was about to end , and he let us know that it was the same line that we had already seen but on a different floor and if we wanted it, it was ours. Having had poor experiences with other brokers in NYC in the past I was cautious about working with Stone Crest, but I was blown away by how great the experience was. I truly felt like Caroline and Stone Crest had our best interests in mind and were committed to finding us the right home. We love our apartment and building and could not have been happier with the process!
Moving from Atlanta to NYC was difficult, especially during a pandemic, but thanks to Caroline and her team, we had a smooth transition. Absolutely unprofessional! I’ve been trying for four days to see an apartment. First time I got pushed to another agent, then I was unable to see it that day on their poor planning. The second time she asked to postpone. Then the third she couldn’t come and tried to get someone there (and I commuted to the area for the appointment) and finally today she asked what time is best for me and I gave my answer with no follow up from Stone Crest! There are much better agencies in NYC!
