The manager is very kind, noble, and attentive. The neighbors are respectful and quiet, the rent price is very good, but I'm giving it 4 stars because the apartment has cockroaches and the pipes get clogged very often, among other small details. I am happy to be here. A nice place to live.
For over a thousand dollars per month. You'll enjoy outdated plumbing, that chooses when you get hot water. And if you hate wasting quarters to dry your laundry, you do not have to worry about that. Because none of the dryers work.
