On October 8, 2022 after almost 3 years renting at Stone Creek Villas managed by (Commercial Investment Properties, Lincoln, NE) I received an email that stated I was in a building that had been designated non-smoking since the day we moved in November 22, 2019. CIP admitted a mistake was made in the original lease of November 22, 2019. That lease did allow smoking as did the renewal of the lease on November 10, 2020.
