The.Worst. My neighbors and I can’t say enough negative. What started this a dream ended up as the worst nightmare
Worse decision ever. All they want is your money, once you sign the paperwork, it’s practically over. Our problems with them started from the beginning. They “misplaced” our paperwork, but somehow we weren’t supposed to know that, and so our construction was delayed…. Without them ever letting us know. The sales girl practically disappeared after we sign paperwork. She would not respond or respond Many days later with no real answer. Very nice subdivision. Only two models to view. Sales person did not have prices on both models! I get that Richmond sells in various locations, bit you should have an idea what the cost in your subdivision is! A trailer next to models states three car garages are standard. Very confusing! Sign says starting in $500k. Is that with three car garage, what size house? If Richmond wants to raise market prices Monday morning- okay But give customers a bit it price Saturday Sunday- the day we were looking. Very unorganized!
