Had stone creek build us a home less than 3 years ago. While it’s a beautiful home the windows continue to fail. So far 7 windows have had to be replaced with probably more windows failing in the future. Poor installation or bad vendor don’t know which it is. No longer under warranty so buyer be ware when it comes to quality. Stone creek says sorry no warranty left.
We used stone creek several years ago and had a great experience, so much so, we went back to them for a second build. The second time we had several bumps along the way, and not the best customer service experience from our point of view. Our house failed electrical inspection several times, at least 3 times. We recently had an electrician come out to fix an issue with a fan - in a house that was completed 2 months ago. when the plate was taken off the wall we were told that the installation of the wiring was not done in th... read more

I highly recommend Stone Creek Custom Homes for anyone that wants a quality home at an affordable price. We lived in AL while they built our house here in San Antonio and we could not have asked for better service. They kept us informed all along the way and completed the home on time and on budget. We are the only family on our cul de sac that were happy with our General Contractor and after hearing their horror stories we will never build with anyone else!
