I had scheduled an appointment about a week or so out, as it was the only day i would be in town over the course of 2 weeks to have someone come out and give me a quote. I confirmed the date/time (2pm) and my address in a text after the call, he responded. He failed to show up at 2pm, when i texted him at 2:15pm, his response was that he had a sick child and didn't check his schedule for the day.
