Maintenance responded to my request in a timely manner and it took very little time to be completed. Also, all emails are responded to almost instantly.
The neighborhood its self is kept up and quiet but it’s ridiculous to get any help ! I received my keys December 28 but couldn’t move in until the 11th of January cause the amount of roaches it was a horrible infestation and I didn’t want them in my belongings . I spent so much money bombing and cleaning the home so I’m able to move my kids in and settle in before I have this baby . I have 3 kids and the tub is backed up with dirty water , the tub has been backed up since move in and haven’t yet to use the tub so my kids are... read more

I wanna address this to Danny and Evelyn at the Wekiva Springs Apartments. I want to say I’ve been living here a year and I’m very happy. I’m very happy with my apartment. Every time I need it any kind of fixture in my apartment they came and responded and has done a well job Ruben the maintenance is a great person. I appreciate him. I wanna thank Danny.
