I been living in this place for 5-6 months with my girlfriend, is the perfect spot for us (spacious for us and our dog, close to both her job and my school, and close to everything in Altamonte Springs) the price is not bad for a townhouse, the community is nice, and the maintenance crew is amazing. Evelyn, the property manager, is a great property manager, took care of us in our checking process, and was so approachable with questions and concerns. Me and my girlfriend love the place!
