Ordered online on Jan 20, 2025 (#4472) and still have not received our pet memorial stone. No answer at phone, mailbox full, and has not responded to 3 emails! So disappointed.
Craig is a very nice guy with a lot of irons in the fire. I found a stone that I liked for an inscription for my wife, from my father in law. He took a picture of the stone, superimposed the text and we laid out the text and chose the font. It turned out great! The pricing was very fair. We are very pleased with the outcome. It is sometimes hard to contact him, but the result is well worth it.
I placed my order mid May and still have not received my stone (mid August) They don’t respond to emails. I have bought several before and yes I know it takes time but this is horrible customer service. I’m so disappointed. AND NOW THERE IS MORE….. The stone finally arrived but was the wrong one! I emailed several times with no response. When people order these types of stones it is usually for a memorial, something very dear to their heart. Come on!!! Answer calls, emails and make things right.
