I am wondering what happened to Dr. Sara Martens. I liked her so much as my pets veterinarian and my animals trusted her. Of course, they were nervous knowing they were at the veterinarian office, but she made them comfortable, she made me comfortable to trust her with my pets. I ordered a full blood panel for my cat. They sent me "her" results with someone else's urinalysis. I explained that I don't trust the blood results because the urine test results were NOT hers. I was told by Dr. Nick - no problem, we'll take another specimen and rerun it. I just called to check on the results, and I was told the 2nd blood test never went out "per Dr. Nick," because they got the feeling that I wasn't coming back to do more business with them.
