After contacting numerous contractors without success to get estimates for our project, we finally had the great good luck to find Brooks. The cost was reasonable, the work top notch and communication excellent throughout the process. We love our covered porch and are incredibly grateful to Brooks and Eric for the beautiful addition to our home, and for making the process enjoyable.
We hired Brooks to renovate our primary bathroom shower, replacing a builder-grade fiberglass unit with a fully tiled enclosure. We LOVE the end result. Brooks was incredibly easy to work with from start to finish, communicating clearly, coordinating and managing the subcontractors, and wrapping up the final details. Would absolutely work with him again on future projects!
My wife and I had a great experience working with Brooks and his build team. After talking to a few other builders, we hired Brooks to build a new deck of our own design with steps down to a lower platform that allowed for access to a hot tub on the ground. Brooks has done a couple of projects for our house that have turned out fantastic, one was a deck and old sliding door tear down and replacement, and the other was replacing some old tile. Communication is top notch and I'd highly recommend his services.
Brooks and his team did an excellent job finishing our basement. We especially appreciated the high quality of work, great communication throughout, and Brooks' honest and helpful perspective while making decisions about the project. We found that the estimated budget Brooks provided upfront was very near the project's final cost. Would highly recommend Stone Coast Remodeling for your home remodeling projects.
