Very knowledgeable upbeat and fun
Dropped in at Stone Coast Crossfit on a Saturday after camping in Acadia. Lily and Nick were extremely gracious hosts. Nick gave us a great warm up designed for our upcoming WOD. Instructions for movements were thorough and Nick pushed us through a tough 30 minute WOD!! They have showers available which was awesome since we piled in the car afterward to head to Boston. Thank you Stone Coast!!

Beautiful, new, well-equipped facility. Top-notch coaching. Supportive and welcoming environment. Hands down the best fitness experience I have ever had.
