Well you would think when you schedule an appointment several days ahead that a business would honor that. Unfortunately this business did not honor and on top of that they kept vehicle all day and never touched it till I go in at close to see whats going on. I tried calling business 3 times to check with no answer and Never received a call from them saying anything. My son was passing through and the water pump went out on his Ram 5500. It can be challenging to be from out of town and need repairs but on recommendation of a local person we made contact and received top notch service.
If you’re looking for a place that hasn’t forgotten what customer service means, give these guys a try. Lloyd and Danny went above and beyond to get me in and back on the road while doing both quality and timely work! Appreciate it guys!
Had bought a set of tires and had em mounted but for some reason afterwards my break calipers on the rear of my truck would beat against my rims. I'm not sure what happened cuz I never had that problem ever before and I got stuck working on my truck for 3 days in a row till I got the problem lined out. Call me old fashioned but I don't think you should have to spend days working on your vehicle because you took it to a shop for new tires and leave with mechanical problems you didn't have before you got there. Lloyd and crew do great and fast work. I've sent my car to them a few times and the local pickup is a great time saver. His prices are on par with anything you're gonna find. This is all besides the fact that he went out of his way to pick my car up when the spare blew out and I had to leave it at a gas station. I cannot recommend them enough.
