Not a good place to have your car towed. Not a good place to store your wrecked car. Multiple incidents of shady business practices. I would recommend going elsewhere.
look at it - in less than a year time this is what they repaired. when i brought the car to the shop the mechanic said it's a paint break. i told him it's not, it was maybe scratched by a bystander or someone. he insisted it's a paint break. i told him i didn't see it before. i manually car wash the car. so i can control the pressure contrary to what the mechanic said that it could be from the car wash. my point here is that why the one on the right side is not coming out like this, i wash the whole car myself. my car was in... read more
Not easy to work with
Was there 2 weeks ago still waiting on estimate ! Im going to Bedford Paint and body for an estimate ! I did business with them a few years back when they opened and it was professional and prompt service. I had a very nice office lady take all my info and pictures! But as far as hearing from anyone not a word or call back in 2 weeks! Not a very organized business which is not a good sign!
