The wrecker service is excellent! Great service, they arrived quickly, loaded up my car and gave me a lift back to the shop. Highly recommended!
My van is stranded with a flat tire on the side of the road..I don't have a spare, unfortunately but I did have someone coming to try to help. I had been sitting there maybe 15 minutes and a state trooper goes by and did not bother to even stop and ask if I was okay or needed help because I was about 6 inches in the road. Just drives by. Absolutely terrible customer service. Unprofessional.
Quoted my wife $1268 for a windshield replacement with aftermarket glass. Went to Auto Glass Now in Bloomington and we paid $362 for a USA made aftermarket windshield and installation with lifetime warranty. That's 1/3rd of what Stone City was going to charge for the same exact service. Suggest avoiding this place.
